COMMANDANT OF THE MARINE CORPS
Major General Crab assumed duty as the Commandant of the Marine Corps after most recently serving as the Chief of Staff of the Army in October of 2021.
General Crab originally joined the Army as a military policeman, working his way through the ranks to become the Sergeant Major of the Army. After serving as the SMA, Crab accepted a commission on behalf of the Chief of Staff and served in various law enforcement and combat support positions before being appointed to Vice Chief of Staff of the Army. Following the departure of the Army's 2nd Chief of Staff, General Warden, Crab assumed duties as the Chief of Staff of the Army from April 2021 to October 2021, when he was asked to serve as the Commandant of the Marine Corps.
As Commandant of the Marine Corps, Crab has overseen and directed the expansion of the Marine Corps' command and control networks, organized deployments in the European Command theater, as well as seen the expansion of the Marine Corps to levels It has not seen since 2019.
General Crab has attended numerous schools and classes and is a graduate of multiple UAFC professional development schools. Crab has received numerous awards for his distinguished service, leadership, and valor in combat.
