STRICOM Spotlight - Captain Onion

Captain Onion,
Onion has become a bit of a legend in the 3rd Airborne Infantry Battalion, 1-273 Parachute Infantry Regiment. He serves as the Alpha Company Commander, though it has been commented by staff that he is the "Acting Acting Battalion Commander" due to his hard work with Bravo and Charlie Company leadership. The effort exhibited by him on a daily basis makes him the role model Soldier for STRICOM, despite the fact he works with the Navy in real life. We joke of course.

Onion has held himself to the highest of standards, and despite the adversity he has faced, persevered. 156th Airborne Division (TRICAP) Commander, BG Zero had this to say about Onion:

One of my favorite memories of Onion is when we formed up the Division... ...a lot of the leaders said their passion but Onion meant it. I've been leading (and making speeches) for a while, but Onion made my speech weaker than a strand of wet toilet paper, I mean that sincerely.

We didn't get the chance to take a better picture of him like what we have been doing on the Instagram, but we figured it would be a good surprise.

We look forward to seeing Onion thrive in STRICOM and thank him for the sacrifices he has made for the unit to be whole, we couldn't do it without him.
